Multi-Property Functionality

Tapechart & One-Screen Reservation

The myHMS tapechart features context sensitive (per cell) pull-down menus, drag & drop, cell drill-down, and can be navigated both forwards and backwards through time.  Reservation guest data is entered into one single screen, which is so intuitive most hotel clerks require no training.

Group Bookings

Organize all your reservations for an incoming group in one spot.  Apply charges to a master invoice or to individual reservations.  Apply payments to the group or as separate payments to individual reservations.  Group allocations can be hard or soft, with pre-defined cut-off dates or rolling cut-off.   Group reporting by summary, rooming list, and pickups.  Group members can be attached or detached from the group master.

Rate Management

Room rate tables are organized by rate class & season with options for derived (linked) rates and Length-of-Stay (LOS) restrictions.   Linked rates allow quick cascading rate changes by one simple change to BAR. Rate Plans can be assigned to TA’s, Groups, Companies or Channels.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping features for individual maid sheets, turndown lists, and room statuses for out-of-order, vacant, dirty and reserved.

Night Audit

Once the night audit preflight checklist is completed, in most cases night audit processing requires only 1 to 5 minutes to complete.

Email Management

Send emails individually or email blast to a selected list. Individual letter templates can be created via Word in .RTF, HTML or plain text formats and then assigned as defaults for specific communications, such as guest confirmation letters. Each time a clerk is viewing a reservation (pre-arrival, in-house or post-stay) they can send the guest an email based on the pre-defined template.  Or, send mass emails to a list of customers using the filters of the myHMS Advanced Search function creating .CSV and then use of 3rd party email systems such as Salesforce or Constant Contact.

Foreign Language

myHMS supports multiple languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
